Almost two decades on the credit side, spanning investment banking at U.S. Capital Global, roles at Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, Union Bank and Opus Bank, an executive post at Amalgamated Bank, and chief lending officer at Community Vision, involved in the origination, underwriting and closing of more than $2 billion in commercial real estate financings. He wrote the underwriting standard Corlan runs on and built the platform that enforces it. He started Corlan because the desk he wanted did not exist, and he still signs off on every file that goes to market.

More than 20 years in commercial banking and CRE finance at Amalgamated Bank, Bank of America, Bay Commercial Bank, City National Bank and Wells Fargo. He leads debt origination and placement execution, and owns lender engagement across the desk. He also shapes how the platform underwrites and how new producers are trained.

More than two decades in commercial banking, CRE lending and portfolio management at Bank of Marin, Amalgamated Bank, Tri Counties Bank and U.S. Bank, managing relationships to $100 million. He leads placement on bridge, construction and permanent executions, including owner-occupied and SBA 504. He runs deals end to end on the platform, from sizing through close.

More than a decade across real estate finance, investment and development, including building and managing real estate investment portfolios. He develops sponsor, borrower and broker relationships across the U.S. commercial market. Deals he sources are sized against live lender appetite the day they arrive, so sponsors get real options rather than a promise to circle back.

More than 20 years in relationship management and business development across commercial and private banking, at national, regional and community institutions. He has also run businesses himself, which shapes how he works with sponsors facing capital decisions. He brings deals onto the desk and stays with the sponsor through underwriting, placement and close.

Entered real estate finance through the mortgage industry in 2020 and moved into capital raising in 2022, giving her a foundation in both financing and investor relations. She works with owners, developers and referral partners to identify financing and match it to capital. She also owns Corlan's marketing and growth work.

Works across underwriting and execution on the CRE debt advisory desk, from first screen through close. He spreads financials from source documents, sizes deals against the constraint that governs, and builds the lender packages that go to market. Files he prepares reach a credit committee complete, ready for sign-off without delay.

More than 30 years in commercial and residential real estate across California, spanning acquisitions, dispositions, investment properties and development. She works with owners, investors and sponsors to identify financing opportunities, reading a transaction from both the property and the capital side. She holds a BS in Business from Golden Gate University.
